The Philadelphia Eagles have the biggest, toughest and most physical offensive line in football.
As such, everybody has to be in top condition, especially the veterans.
That’s why Lane Johnson is in much better shape than the average 35-year-old.
In a clip shared by the Eagles on X, the veteran offensive tackle can be seen casually walking with a fully loaded weight rack on his shoulders.

At 6-foot-6 and 310 pounds, Johnson has spent his entire NFL career with the Eagles, establishing himself as one of the greatest players in franchise history.
The Eagles enter this season as the defending Super Bowl champions, and they know everybody will give them their best shot.
They don’t want to be caught slipping, and their players seem to be on the same page and striving to get in even better shape than they were last season.
Of course, not many teams have been able to repeat, as a lot can impact a season.
The Eagles experienced firsthand what it was like to lose in the Super Bowl, and they were heavily criticized the following season when they were far from the same team.
Winning a ring last season likely won’t knock that chip off their shoulders, and they will look to make a statement this season as well.
