The Green Bay Packers have a special talent at quarterback.
However, it still feels like he’s left something to be desired.
Jordan Love entered last season with plenty of hype, but questionable decision-making and an early-season injury got in the way.
Now, former NFL general manager Mike Tannenbaum believes we’re about to witness his best version.
“Jordan Love will win the MVP [this season],” Tannenbaum said on “Get Up.”

All things considered, Love had a decent 2024 season.
He completed 63.1 percent of his passes for 3,389 yards with 25 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
He will now have a prime weapon in Matthew Golden, a first-round pick from the 2025 NFL Draft who’s expected to step into the WR1 role, which is something the Packers have been lacking since they traded Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Love has shown glimpses of outstanding play and shades of Aaron Rodgers.
However, he’s also demonstrated the worst on-field parts of Brett Favre at times.
If Love can tone down the reckless plays and turnovers, he can be one of the best quarterbacks in the game.
The Packers are a well-coached team with a solid offensive mind leading the way, and while some might argue that they don’t have a true star at wide receiver, their young pass catchers have shown they can step up in any given week.
They gave Love a big-money contract, and if he stays healthy for a full season, there’s no reason to believe he can’t live up to Tannenbaum’s flattering prediction.
