The New York Giants are looking to bounce back after another disappointing season.
Fortunately for them, they’re also a better team than they were last year.
This team made some big moves in the offseason, and while they might still be a long shot to make the playoffs, Devin Singletary has high hopes for them.
When asked about his team, the former Houston Texans running back said that this was one of the best RB rooms he had ever been a part of (via Fireside Giants).

The Giants have Tyrone Tracy Jr. at the top of their depth chart, and while he’s clearly not anywhere close to Saquon Barkley, he showed some interesting flashes in his first year in the league.
They also added some toughness and physicality by drafting college sensation and fan favorite Cam Skattebo, someone who runs with a chip on his shoulder and won’t shy away from contact.
Still, this team will have to do plenty of heavy lifting to return to postseason contention.
The bar was particularly low in terms of quarterback play, and they should fare much better with Russell Wilson now at the helm, but there will be no margin for error at all.
Head coach Brian Daboll and GM Joe Schoen could be on the hot seat from the start of the season, and it’s not easy to deal with that type of pressure.
Singletary made a big statement about their three-headed monster out of the backfield, and they will have a lot to prove this season.
