The New York Giants‘ offense should look much better this season.
Brian Daboll is an offensive-minded head coach, but there was only so much he could do with Daniel Jones at quarterback.
Now, with proven veteran Russell Wilson, things should run smoothly, even if he’s no longer a star.
Notably, wide receiver Malik Nabers should be thrilled to see that he has an improved quarterback situation.
Though Wilson hasn’t been there for long, he already knows what type of player Nabers can be.
“There’s only so many people in the world who can do what he can,” Wilson said, via Fireside Giants.

The No. 6 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Nabers dominated right out of the gate, making the most of every target despite having one of the worst quarterback situations in the league.
Nabers finished his rookie season with 109 receptions for 1,204 yards and seven touchdowns.
That’s a single-season record in receptions for the Giants, and he also posted the record for the most games with five or more receptions by an NFL rookie (14).
He also owns the records for most catches through nine games (67), 10 games (75), 11 games (80), 13 games (97) and 14 games (104).
Nabers is a superstar in the making, and he will continue to be the focal point of the Giants’ offense for years to come.
With Wilson carrying a huge chip on his shoulder after struggling for the past three years, this team could make some serious noise this season.
